Bible Teacher (com.deonveon.biblereader) · Last updated: July 19, 2026

Bible Teacher ("the app") is a Bible reading and daily devotional app. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. The short version: the app has no accounts, shows no ads, and collects almost nothing.

Information we collect

Push notification token. If you allow notifications, the app registers an anonymous device push token so it can deliver the daily word and reminders. This token is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) and is used only to send you notifications. It is not linked to your name, email, or any account, and we have no way to identify you from it.

Nothing else. The app does not require an account, does not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or usage analytics, and contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.

Information stored only on your device

Your reading position, bookmarks, streak, language choice, and notification preferences are stored locally on your device and never leave it. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Service providers

The app uses Google Firebase (content delivery and push notifications) and Expo's push notification service (delivery of notifications on some devices). These providers process the push token described above on our behalf. No data is sold or shared with anyone else, for any purpose.

Data retention and deletion

Push tokens become invalid when you uninstall the app or disable notifications, and invalid tokens are purged. You may also request deletion of your device's token at any time by emailing us at the address below.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
